The Stocks I 'Prefer'

Few people expect a runaway stock market in 2015.  More likely is a nominal gain.  If that's the case, then preferred stocks are especially attractive.  Most yield 5% to 7% with very low volatility.  That's the subject of my Market Pulse column this week:
